SI 2023/396 prescribes 16 categories of Key Building Information (regs 3–18), including ancillary buildings, principal and subordinate use, external wall and roof materials, structure, staircases, energy systems, evacuation strategy, and fire/smoke control equipment. Threadsovereign tracks all 16 with completion indicators and enforces electronic submission readiness within the 28-day registration deadline.

Under SI 2023/907 reg.4(1)(a)–(j), the Accountable Person must follow ten prescribed principles when assessing and managing building safety risks (fire spread and structural failure). These are separate from the 16 KBI categories. Threadsovereign provides individual attestation for each principle on the safety case before BSR submission.
