Yes. Threadsovereign is built for housing associations, local authorities, registered providers, and ALBs managing HRB portfolios. Enterprise offers unlimited scale, SSO/SAML/OIDC with SCIM directory sync, multi-organisation hierarchy with consolidated billing and portfolio analytics, custom roles, and dedicated Customer Success with contractual SLA (uptime and support targets at threadsovereign.co.uk/legal/sla). Threadsovereign Ltd is ICO registered (ZC132889) with primary UK hosting. Cyber Essentials (basic) readiness pack is prepared for IASME submission but not yet certified; Cyber Essentials Plus, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 remain roadmap items. Is Threadsovereign Cyber Essentials certified for public-sector procurement?

Not yet certified. Threadsovereign Ltd is ICO registered (ZC132889), operates with primary UK hosting (Supabase London), and has prepared an internal Cyber Essentials (basic) readiness pack for IASME self-assessment submission — that is not the same as holding a Cyber Essentials certificate. Cyber Essentials Plus, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27001 remain on the roadmap and are not certified. Independent penetration testing and DPIA sign-off are also outstanding. How does Threadsovereign protect building safety data?

Accepted Answer

Customer building safety records are stored primarily in UK data centres (Supabase London), with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Each organisation is tenant-isolated with row-level security, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and immutable audit logs of material actions. Threadsovereign Ltd is ICO registered (ZC132889) and publishes privacy, terms, sub-processor, and Enterprise DPA documentation in the Trust Centre at threadsovereign.co.uk/trust.

What does Enterprise add for housing associations and councils?

Enterprise adds unlimited scale, scoped API keys with rotation, expiry, usage logging, and OpenAPI 3.1 reference; SSO/SAML/OIDC with SCIM 2.0 directory sync; white-labelled login and custom domain; multi-organisation hierarchy with consolidated billing, cross-org portfolio analytics, and hierarchy audit CSV export; legal hold and a retention dashboard; Autodesk APS (Revit / AutoCAD / ACC) OAuth pilot with browse, selective import (including DWG/DXF), project mapping, and version-aware re-sync (duty-holders choose what enters the golden thread; no in-product model Viewer yet); Asite and Procore via Enterprise support-led CDE onboarding requests (no live in-product OAuth today); custom roles with portal scopes; compliance CMS editing; and full organisation data export for DSAR and off-boarding.

Can Threadsovereign connect to Asite, Procore, or Autodesk ACC?

Accepted Answer

Yes — with honest scope. Autodesk APS (Revit / AutoCAD / ACC) is an Enterprise OAuth pilot on one shared connect path: connect once, browse hubs, map projects, selectively import documents (including DWG/DXF), and version-aware re-sync into the golden thread (duty-holders choose what to bring in — not an automatic full ACC library pull; in-product model Viewer is not included yet). Asite and Procore are Enterprise support-led only: submit an in-app CDE integration request for onboarding — there is no live self-serve or in-product OAuth connector for Asite or Procore today. Threadsovereign complements CDE and PM tools; it does not replace them.

Does Threadsovereign track the Building Safety Levy?

Accepted Answer

Yes — as an evidence store. Project and client-portal fields record levy liability, amount paid, payment date, and receipt URL alongside Gateway and handover evidence. Threadsovereign does not calculate levy amounts, collect payments, or integrate with HMRC. The Building Safety Levy is in force from 1 October 2026 (SI 2025/1236 and related instruments). Live application-field automation remains out of scope.

Does Threadsovereign cover the Building Safety Act and regulations introduced after 2022?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Threadsovereign implements the Building Safety Act 2022 and the England HRB regulations that bring Parts 3 and 4 into force — including SI 2023/907 (safety case, MOR reg.6, complaints), 909, 315, 396 and SI 2024/41. Every paid plan includes the statutory floor (Gateway 1–3, golden thread, BSR registration, 16 KBI categories, safety case with 10 risk management principles, occurrence reporting under BSA s.87 / SI 2023/907 reg.6, and resident statutory paths). Tiers differ by portfolio capacity and operational tooling — not by withholding core compliance workflows.

Yes. Starter includes 3 live projects, 3 buildings, and 3 team members — with the full BSA statutory floor (Gateway 1–3, golden thread, BSR registration, 16 KBI categories, occupied statutory paths, and resident engagement). Professional scales to 15 projects, 15 buildings, and 15 users. Enterprise offers unlimited projects, buildings, and users.
