1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Threadsovereign platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Description of Service
Threadsovereign provides a software platform for building safety compliance management, including golden thread documentation, gateway submission tracking, safety case management, and resident engagement tools in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Upload false or misleading building safety information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the platform's operation
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Threadsovereign, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are the exclusive property of Threadsovereign Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any building safety documentation and data you upload to the platform. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
- You breach these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay applicable fees
- Your use poses a security risk to the platform
Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
Threadsovereign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our platform assists with compliance management but does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
