What the law requires

When the Building Safety Regulator directs a Building Assessment Certificate application, the Principal Accountable Person must respond on a short clock with a coherent pack — typically the safety case, residents’ engagement strategy, and evidence of the mandatory occurrence reporting system, plus in-force compliance-notice serials. Prepare before you are directed; file on the official portal.
